# Delfa

> Delfa is an AI-native patient recruitment platform for clinical research sites. Clinical research sites use Delfa to recruit and retain more patients through always-on AI agents working to save them hours per day.

Delfa provides a Patient Relationship Management (PRM) system built for clinical research sites and site networks. AI agents handle recruitment busywork - calling and texting potential participants, running approved pre-screening flows, scheduling appointments, and sending reminders - while site staff make every eligibility decision. Delfa integrates bidirectionally with clinical trial management systems (CTMS) such as CRIO rather than replacing the site's system of record.
